This project had somewhat of an unusual start.

My client purchased a property outside of Wenatchee with an active building permit and a foundation built of Faswall blocks, but he did not care for the design of the house that was anticipated by the previous owner. We worked shoulder to shoulder and crafted a new layout on the same footprint to accommodate Jason’s specific lifestyle needs.

He is the general contractor on this project. Jason has had help along the way from friends, neighbors and family and also worked with Faswall‘s kickstart project specialists – Old Growth Construction – to form the envelope.

The Site is in a beautiful valley and this design incorporates South facing passive solar technology, as well as a ductless mini split heating system and many other green design innovations.
